Here is a lovely comment posted to Patch.com in response to my photos and captions:
"Going through these pictures, reading the subcaptions -- so many givers and so much love! Darren, my handsome superstar friend, there when you need him. The McElroy family, pillars of our community. The Savinos, I went to school with Steve. What they and the Pevny family experienced you can’t ever adequately describe with words. I do not know the Pevnys or Dave Wilson, but I do now, thanks to Patch. New Milford has so much hometown beauty to it. We’re lucky."  -Michelle

Two-mile hike at the Fort Lee Recreation Center, followed by a screening of "Perils of Pauline", filmed at spots pointed out on the hike, along the Palisades.

Eric Nelsen led the hike, pointing out little-known stories about the construction of the George Washington Bridge and about the once-booming movie industry in Fort Lee.

Wyckoff 5K Run to Benefit Wyckoff Education Foundation

By Saturday morning, Friday's rains were just a memory.  Out in full force were families from all across Wyckoff, wearing the running shoes and queuing up for the Annual Family Fun 5K Walk/Run to benefit the Wyckoff Education Foundation.  The WEF was created in 1990 in response to declining government funding of schools. WEF President Robert Bayer said that, "the funds from last year's event enabled the organization to purchase over 200 iPads, related applications, and sponsor educational programs across the district."

For more on the organization, and a few more of my photos, please visit the Wyckoff Patch.com website.

Here are some moments from the day: (Click on any photo to enlarge)

Real Housewives of New Jersey photos: Teresa, Caroline, Jacqueline, Melissa

On a freezing cold day back in mid-February, I photographed the 5K "Cupid's Walk" benefit and The Real Housewives of New Jersey participated.  The producer asked me not to publish the photos until after the episode aired .. and it did, this past Sunday 9/11 .. so here they are.  The episode is entitled "Singing in the Pain". (All photos copyright © Kathy Lloyd Boehm, not to be published or re-posted elsewhere without permission).
Caroline and Melissa, who was not yet officially "outed" as the newest cast member.
