A photographer's paradise! After prevailing upon my dear husband to lug my Nikon D300s with the 70-200mm VRII lens for our first of three hot days there, I decided to leave it back in our cabin.
Shots below were taken with my simple Nikon D40x and my "walking around" lens, the Nikkor 18mm-200mm. Nothing fancy, but it got the job done. (Click on photos to enlarge).

Monarch butterfly on flowers. Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo. Only shot posted which was taken with my D300s and 70-200mm lens. The sharpness and smooth bokeh of this lens is evident. |

Bermuda's flag on the "Spirit of Bermuda" sailboat at Dockyard. Same settings as first photo. |
Above are just a sampling of the 750+ shots taken with 3 cameras. A delight! Ready to cruise back any time!
(P.S. I made a wonderful Bermuda cruise photo book online with MixBook ..
Check them out here).
