The other day, I saw him pecking at the apple that I cut up and tossed out the back door. Now that I know he's a fruit eater, he'll be getting lots more!

ReplyDeleteThe Northern mockingbird is the only mockingbird commonly found in North America. This bird is mainly a permanent resident, but northern birds may move south during harsh weather. They eat mainly insects in summer, but switch to eating mostly fruit in fall and winter. Thanks for sharing this type of nice idea with us......
